Flagging the Screenagers deals with the hidden world of the teenager and young adult. It is a practical survival guide for parents and relatives faced with the struggles of raising adolescents and young adults between the ages of 13 and 25. Dr Barry and Murphy look at what is going on in the brain and mind of the latter and discuss the skills parents need to learn to survive. This book specially discusses mental health in relation to teenagers, helping parents in guiding their child through adolescence and young adulthood.
