About the Authors
Kenneth Nelson is Professor in the Departments of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Family Medicine and Biochemistry at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University, U.S.A. He edited with co-editor Thomas Glonek Somatic Dysfunction in Osteopathic Family Medicine.
Nicette Sergueef is Associate Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University, U.S.A. She is author of Cranial Osteopathy for Infants, Children and Adolescents, and many French osteopathic books.
