Tim Chester is Lecturer in Historical Theology and Spiritual Formation for Crosslands Training and has written over 40 books. He has a PhD in theology, a master's degree in Christian spirituality and a PgDip in history along with 25 years' experience of pastoral ministry. He is married and lives in rural Derbyshire, where he is part of a church plant.
Christopher de la Hoyde grew up in Yorkshire and became a Christian while at university in Cambridge. He and his wife are part of Acts 29 Europe and lead Grace Church in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. Their long-term dream is to be involved in making Jesus known in France. They have four children, and love eating, walking, reading and chatting.
