Review

An amazing inspiring book with fantastic simple but delicious recipes , supporting cancer patients and people who want to eat well. A must for the collection. --Amazon

I always thought we had a very healthy diet but when my husband was recently diagnosed with bowel cancer I decided that he should be eating the foods that are most beneficial. This book was reviewed in the Telegraph Newspaper and supported by Michel Roux Snr, himself diagnosed with bowel cancer some years ago. All of the recipes are achievable at home, although I must admit that I am a keen cook. The food summary at the beginning is also an excellent reference: what to eat adventurously, what to eat in moderation and what to find alternatives for. I was very surprised that our daily glass of fruit/vegetable juice is not recommended because of the high fructose content but delighted to see cream and all things nice included in the recipes. A must buy --Amazon
