About the Author
Ian Whates is a director of both the Science-Fiction Writers Association and the British Science-Fiction Association. He is the proprietor and editor of NewCon Press. His novels The Noise Within and The Noise Revealed are published by Solaris, he has also written City of Dreams & Nightmare and City of Hope & Despair.

Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Shelf-worthy reading copies of ALL THREE "Solaris Rising" anthologies. All are paperback original US first editions, with full printing line including "1" on their copyright pages. All are gently read, in very good condition, marred only by shallow hinge creases, some rubbing and very shallow indentations on covers, and very light wear on cover edges. Their bindings are sound and square, with no spine creases. Covers are bright and unmarked. Pages are unmarked and unworn. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship these books in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure they reach their new owner in the same condition as my description. Bibliographic note: the ISBN and year in this listing is for the #1 anthology. Solaris Rising #2 was published in 2013 and its ISBN is 9781781080887.
