Synopsis

Putting off making your Will? Make yours today and protect your loved ones. The sobering fact is that if you die without a Will, family and friends would be left having to sort the situation out, causing heartache and stress at an already difficult time. Everything you own would be dealt with according to strict legal rules and not as you might have wanted. Avoid this by making a Will that provides for those close to you, and makes clear who gets what. This Kit includes a Guidance Manual packed with information and advice on how to write your own legally valid Will, without the expense of a solicitor. It covers appointing executors; choosing guardians for children; leaving specific items to individuals; giving to charity; completing, signing and witnessing your Will correctly. The Kit includes a choice of ready-to-complete Will Forms for use according to your circumstances. Optional Forms to download: List of Important Document Locations, Funeral Wishes Form, Letter to Executor, Property Inventory.
