About the Author
Fred Bell is a qualified Chartered Banker working for the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has specialized in risk management over the last 10 years. Currently he is Head of Operational Risk & Risk COO for our Wealth Division Mr Bell is also Examiner for Operational Risk Management for the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and chairs the Securities and Investment Institute Advanced Operational Risk Panel. He specializes in operational risk, business continuity, risk education, project management, developing risk frameworks.
