About the Author

Chris Middleton is a writer, editor, composer and multi-instrumentalist. As a writer, he has covered emerging technologies for numerous publications, including the Guardian, Personal Computer World and the BBC’s Tomorrow’s World.

Formerly deputy editor of Computing newspaper, he has edited and contributed to numerous books on the digital arts.

He has also recorded original music for films and videos, including work for the Millennium Dome. He is currently writing music for a feature film.
