About the Author

Mary Mountstephen is the Associate Editor of SEN Magazine and a special needs coordinator with many years experience of working in schools in the mainstream, special and independent sectors. She has a Masters Degree in Special Educational Needs and works with children with special educational needs both in UK schools and internationally.
