Synopsis
This digest gives the headnotes of all judgments reported in the First Law Online Service in 2005. It contains 500 judgments of the Superior Courts, plus well over 50 Employment Appeal Tribunal determinations. A unique feature of the book is that each judgment of the Superior Courts is given a 'one-liner' summary of what the case is about. With a cut off date of end December 2005, it is amazingly up-to-date.

About the Author
Bart D. Daly, is editor of The Irish Times Law Reports; creator and former editor of Irish Law Reports Monthly and many other law titles. He was editor of two compilation Law Reports on Professional Negligence and Company Law. He is founder of First Law and editor of the First Law Online Law service. He has over 20 years in publishing and Law Reports.
