About the Author

Educated at Wadham College in Oxford, David Gerrard was a television documentary director and scriptwriter for more than 20 years, working in the UK & North America. He is now a full-time writer based in the Yorkshire Dales and has published more than 30 titles covering a wide range of travel, leisure and local history topics.
