Synopsis
Absorbed in her successful career as TV producer and scriptwriter, Shelley is unprepared for the effect that meeting Adam has on her. Apparently different, the two young people are drawn to each other, a relationship complicated by the jealousy of superstar Adela and a growing mystery in Adam's family. Following an accident on location, Shelley flies to Venice, not only to recuperate but to sort out her tangled emotions. Adam's stepbrother Mark is her guide. Led by her instincts in the romantic atmosphere of the city, she is finally coming to terms with her life. Meanwhile Adela seeks solace in Norway, where her scheming leads her a step too far - but inadvertently brings Adam and Shelley happiness.
