Many millions of people suffer from debilitating low back pain. Few imagine that drinking more plain water might help them cure it. This book, however, unlike any other 'how-to' book on the market, explains that very often chronic back pain is a signal indicating a severe general or local dehydration in the back or other joints and areas of the body. Most of these pains, says the author, can be relieved by ordinary tap water, but instead often receive only costly pharmaceutical medications. The book also explains the important role water plays in holding the spinal column together and provides and demonstrates with photographs a series of simple exercises for the successful hydration of the disc core, the retraction of displaced discs and immediate relief from sciatic pain.
