Nadia Pendleton is a passionate, intelligent and dynamic food writer. She was brought up by an Italian mother and English father in the UK, The Netherlands and Italy and has since lived in Hong Kong and France. She began her career in public relations and journalism but moved to the restaurant industry, notably fine dining, working for top chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing.
