I have been in management and management development since 1989 and over the years not only have I built up both knowledge and experience but also a huge library of management reference books. Many of these books I very rarely used due to the busy nature of my management role.
I have developed The Successful Coaching Manager based on both my experience of management but also on my strong belief that if managers learn to coach and develop both their direct reports and teams then not only will the reports benefit but the manager and the organisation will benefit also.
