Emma Gaudern is a partner with DWF in Manchester, where her work includes contentious and non-contentious probate, estate administration, will and trust drafting and tax planning.
Keith Biggs is a probate consultant, having been district probate registrar at Winchester for many years. He has a wealth of experience in common form probate, and is well known for his writing and lectures on the subject.
