About the Author
Dr Russell Rees is a native of Co Londonderry, and took his degree and doctorate at the University of Ulster, Coleraine. He is author of Ireland and British Politics 1870-1921 (Colourpoint 1993) and co-author of Britain, Ireland and Europe 1570-1745 (Colourpoint 1994). He is also author of Ireland 1905- 25 Volume One: Text and Historiography, (Colourpoint 1998) He is Head of History and Politics at Omagh Academy, Co Tyrone.
Audrey Hodge MA is a senior teacher at Omagh Academy. She has been teaching history at all levels for over twenty years.
