Seller: Homeward Bound Books, Campbellcroft, ON, Canada
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 165 p. 28 cm. Sound and square, black paper-covered binding. Unfortunately, there is some white staining to the top of the spine which has also run about 2" along the top edges of both boards. The stain is from the back of the dustjacket - I suspect being wet. There has also been moisture on the top of the text block which stuck together the top edge of a section of pages near the end of the book. I have opened all the pages, and there is some pull damage to them as a result. Otherwise the book is bright, clean and unmarked. The dust jacket spine is faded, and it is rubbed overall with some light edgewear. Over 150 original black and white photographs. The history of the Kettle Valley Railway of southeastern British Columbia, considered to be one of the most difficult and expensive railway lines ever built. May require extra postage due to the weight of the book. Seller Inventory # 778
