Synopsis

About the Author

Dr. Michael Mecozzi is a clinical psychologist, author, and speaker. He and his wife, Dr. Aimee Echevarria, are founders of a private psychology practice, Hope with ME , in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He specializes in helpin gyoung adults and adults experiencing stress and anxiety. Dr. Mecozzi also created "RELAX," an interactive experience designed to help people master their anxiety so they can win in life.
