Synopsis
Many of the essays in this book are whimsical. (I do like symphonies, for example, and I invest in the market) and a few are more serious. All of them, without exception, represent my own attempts over the years to better understand what we humans are really like and to see if there are any general rules that describe our behavior. I suspect that anyone from another planet, if there be one, would find that we humans are indeed very curious creatures.
