About the Author
When I started to write THIRTY YEARS IN SEPTEMBER, A NURSES MEMOIR, I thought I was writing it for many of my patients who wanted me to tell stories. But it wasn't just for them. I realized my life had many layers, good and bad as as I peeled away those layers I had to face my childhood, teenage years, adulthood and being a parent. I had to face my drug addiction that I slid under the rug and hid from the rest of the world.
In hindsite I am so grateful I followed my heart and completed the book. I have a new sense of freedom and have discovered myself, my wonderful life even with all my character defects...........and I have helped nurses that have drug addictions as well. i hope you enjoy my memoir.
