About the Author

Over the last thirty years, Dr. Kevin has been an innovator in both the business and private sectors. He introduced the importance of formalized training for all levels of employees, and implemented formalized training systems in diverse industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and education. He also created communication programs and critical thinking based management development programs in the personal growth, human potential, and alternative health fields. He was one of the first to introduce coaching into his practice, fusing it together with the more traditional approach of counseling to leverage the benefits of both in his unique practical approach. He is familiar with both Eastern and Western philosophies and healing systems and has assimilated elements from both into his methods. Throughout his career Dr. Kevin has learned a great deal from his personal experience with ADD/HD, and he works to expand the understanding of this gift. Dr. Kevin works with ADD/HD on many fronts, and has years of experience finding solutions. He has led children and parent groups to better understand and self-manage their ADD/HD gifts, and taught Continuing Educational Credit Course for teachers & counselors. Dr. Kevin has also worked with adults in areas of their personal and professional life and development, bringing his experience to help them make the best of their potential. Through Managing The Gift Business Consulting he and his team also specialize in helping ADD/HD business owners and key personnel achieve their professional potential.
