Carl L. Pritchard is the Principal of Pritchard Management Associates and is a widely recognized risk management and project management authority and lecturer. Mr. Pritchard’s publications include courses in project management as well as Risk Management: Concepts and Guidance, How to Build a Work Breakdown Structure, and Precedence Diagramming: Successful Scheduling in the Team Environment. He coauthored Managing Projects in Organizations―The CD-ROM with J. Davidson Frame. With J. LeRoy Ward, he has coauthored The Portable PMP® Prep: Conversations on Passing the PMP® Exam set of nine CDs.
