Java 3D enables programmers to create three-dimensional graphics applications and Internet-based 3D applets. Developing these applications is made easier with this book, which serves as a road map to alert programmers of design issues and potential pitfalls. A comprehensive set of programming examples illustrates the techniques, features, workarounds, and bug fixes profiled in the book. Experienced Java 3D developers will benefit from the state-of-the-art techniques and workarounds, while novice programmers will gain a fast-track into Java 3D development, avoiding confusion, frustration, and time wasted learning Java 3D techniques and terminology on their own.
