Synopsis
Formatted as a labyrinth walk, taking the pilgrim on a three-part journey: from the outside to the Centre: preparation; at the Centre: contemplation; back to the outside: sharing wisdom. Part One introduces readers to the process and tools for self-observation and letting go. In Part Two, at the centre of the labyrinth, there are eleven illuminating insights. Part Three is the return, how to apply the wisdom in daily life everyday.
