About the Author
Christopher Howard has resided in Costa Rica for over 20 years and is a citizen of the country. He has earned his B.A. in Latin American studies and a masters degree in Spanish from the University of California. In 1985 he founded a successful language institute in San Jose, Costa Rica.He lectures, has written for National Geographic and has columns in newspapers.
