About the Author

David A. Rives graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in cellular biology. Speaking from firsthand experience, he knows how to successfully navigate a self-sabotaging terrain. His success with walking himself fit and breaking a smoking habit led him to write two books to help people reverse the negative effects of tobacco use and overeating. Rives is also the author of Dying for a Smoke and the founder of Moon River Publishing.
