This book is primarily written for people who work with EFT or at least compatible meridian/energy therapies. If you have little or no experience with these therapies, please go now and get your education in their theories and professional usage; it won't take long, isn't very expensive and will prove to be the best gift you will have ever given to yourself, your friends and loved ones, and your clients.

Many of the patterns in this book simply cannot be approached without these therapies to any degree of safety and you should not attempt to recreate some of these patterns, and especially not the Guiding Star set or the Redemption Set but also Crime Line, Shadow Emotions and Loss of Life if you have no knowledge of the application of EFT.

The reason for the above Safety Note is that only the meridian/energy therapies can do something reliably which is an absolute turning point in my opinion for the entire human race - namely, put us in a position where we no longer have to be afraid of our emotions.
The fear of fear, pain, love, loneliness, desolation, terror and agony runs a very great many, if not all, of our strange human strategies that cause so much inter- and intra-personal conflict. The new meridian/energy therapies and most of all, their Ambassador EFT release us from this bondage and set us free in a way that is so profound, so "above and beyond", that even many practitioners in the field haven't quite got their heads around it yet.

I would like to explicitly state that this is not a self help manual although of course you will find many techniques and approaches that you can use for yourself as well as with your clients.

"Advanced Patterns of EFT" is a manual for practitioners, i.e. people who are using EFT with a variety of presenting problems and a variety of presenting people in a professional setting.

When I wrote "Adventures" (and if you have not read "Adventures In EFT" yet, I would strongly recommend that you do, for the underlying principles of the craft are in that book and are not repeated here, as well as all the learnings from Adventures being absolutely pre-supposed) I focussed on making sure that the basics of EFT were kept intact and complete in all ways.

I did this because it was then and still is now my belief that a full grounding in the Classic EFT routine as it stands and applying it exactly as it comes is one of the best teaching systems to learn about the connections between neurology, physiology, and the connector plane energy systems and beyond which has been invented to date.

I still hold that a decent apprenticeship served with EFT is probably the best step stone you can give yourself for you future explorations and discoveries of your own.

I presume that you have served this apprenticeship and are now in your Journeyman stage, ready for more advanced work and more complex applications and variations on the treatment's presuppositions, treatment procedures and routines.
This book is a collection of such patterns and techniques.
None of these patterns are designed in any way to replace the Classic EFT technique. These are fine tuning mechanisms, special tools for special circumstances and best considered to be add-ons to the mainstay of the Classic EFT protocol usage such as The Story Protocol, The Keyword Protocol and other basic techniques which can be found in detail in "Adventures In EFT" - the predecessor of this book.

The fascinating aspect about the patterns and techniques in this collection is that they have something in common - namely that in the very application of EFT in these ways, we learn something very important not just about how our neurologies and energy bodies work, but also what else can be done to improve the way we think, we treat ourselves and how we do therapy with others.

EFT is a fantastic tool. It is so incredibly flexible, it can be applied in the most astonishing ways to clear trauma, soothe stressed out energy systems and to ¡¡±open the doors of perception¡¨ when the confusion recedes and clarity is restored.
