Working through this book will help to develop a child's reasoning skills and ensure that they are ready to tackle 11+ and 12+ school selection tests. Unlike practise tests and past papers, which typically draw upon a very varied mix of questions, this carefully constructed book works systematically through many of the question types used in verbal reasoning tests. For each question-type, a worked example shows exactly what the question demands and explains how to tackle it in three days or four clear steps. Each example is then followed by ten more questions of the same or very similar type, to practise and reinforce answering technique.
