Synopsis
Has Man A Function In Universe is part of an ongoing project to develop forty projects related to forty questions written by R.Buckminster Fuller. Each project is conceived as an artwork, or a combination of artworks, developed in response to Fuller. Wadecommissioned artists and writers to respond using a combination of text and images: the publication comes to reflect the process of theproject an exquisite corpse dependent upon collaboration, dissemination, and the combining of works in communal reply. Contributors include Neil Chapman, Shezad Daood, Kerry James Marshall, Mark Titchner, Sue Tomkins, amongst others.
