Synopsis
Neil Perry AM is one of Australia's leading and most influential chefs. He manages seven award-winning restaurants - Rockpool est 1989, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple and Rosetta Ristorante - as well as a series of Burger Project restaurants.
Perry also heads a team of eight consultants to Qantas, developing quarterly menus for First and Business travelers, overseeing the implementation and introduction to catering centers at key ports.

Synopsis

About the Author
Neil Perry is a prominent chef, restaurateur, author and television presenter. He is also the co-ordinator for Qantas Flight Catering under his company Rockpool Consulting and has a food brand sold under his name in Woolworths.
Neil is also executive chef of a number of critically acclaimed restaurants.
