About the Author

Sarah Kirkham is a qualified nutritional therapist with a first class honours degree from the British College of Nutritional Medicine. She has worked as a nutritional therapist, written books on nutrition and health and worked in the field for over 20 years. She has created nutrition modules for universities, published research, worked as a nutrition consultant for David Lloyd Leisure, Whitbread restaurants and others and developed health and weight loss programmes for individuals. Sarah, who lives in Nairn, lives by her own teaching and has not had a day off sick in her life.
