About the Author:

Patrick Hartigan is a former President, council member and Chair of the Investigations Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association. He has also been an examiner for the Institute of Credit Management, for whom he has also lectured extensively. He has also served on the council of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He is a qualified Certified Accountant, specialising in insolvency and corporate recovery, most recently as Partner with Moore Stephens.
