Synopsis

This volume analyzes the "Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996", and how it will affect the resolution of construction disputes. The entire construction industry, from architect to sub-contractor, quantity surveyors, engineers and lawyers will become involved in this legislation.
