Synopsis

About the Author
Dr Gary Slapper, LLB, LLM, PhD, PGCE, is Director of the Law Programme at the Open University. Dr David Kelly, BA, BA (Law), is Principal Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University. They are co-authors of The English Legal System and English Law, both published by Cavendish.
