Synopsis
Mr Norris wants everyone to know that he is gay. The problem is, no one will believe him. His position isn’t helped by the fact that he is living with his ex-wife and that he has never had sex with a man. Plain and Normal is James Wilcox’s long awaited new novel.

About the Author
James Wilcox’s stories have appeared in the ‘New Yorker, Avenue’ and ‘Louisiana Literature.’ He is the author of ‘Modern Baptist, North Gladiola, Miss Undine’s Living Room, Sort of Rich, Polite Sex’ and ‘Guest of a Sinner’. He is a graduate of Yale University and a recipient of a Guggenheim fellowship.

Severinus Lloyd Norris longs for a life of peace, harmony and normality, but sometimes it seems as if his dream will never come true.
