In collaboration with the London Arts Board, Fourth Estate ran a competition for new writers to identify talent at grass-roots. The anthology takes London as its unifying theme, a theme that has been widely interpreted by the different literary imaginations at work. The winning stories are published alongside a selection of commissioned well-known writers in an anthology that combines originality and wit.
