Synopsis

But the major part of the book is devoted to 30 main walks (with 1:50,000 topo maps). Each walk has at least one alternative version, and there are plenty of picnic suggestions (short walks suitable for those with young children or in hot weather). An on-line update service keeps readers abreast of all route changes since publication, and GPS tracks can be downloaded for some of the walks.
