About the Author

Tony Ghaye is Director of Reflective Learning-UK, a social enterprise which seeks to improve lives through participatory, appreciative action and reflection. Sue Lillyman is a qualified nurse and midwife, and has worked in a variety of specialist areas within clinical practice. She has worked as a Senior Lecturer at Birmingham City University and the University of Worcester.
