Yana Richens Is The 8th Mary Seacole Scholar. She Has Awide Varity Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse And Midwive Both In A Hospital And A Community Setting. She Was An Invited Member Of The Department Of Health Steering Group Making A Difference For Midwives. Yana's Main Interest Lays Within The Field Of Women's Health, Particularly Issues Of Inequality And Access To Health In Ethnic Minority Women. She Is Currently A Research And Development Fellow At The Royal College Of Nurses And Is On The Editorial Board Of The British Journal Of Midwives
