It combines action photography with "eye witness" text and looks at races from 1903 to the present day, including the 1913 Derby when the hot favourite, Craganour, was disqualified in favour of the 100-1 outsider Aboyeur and a suffragette threw herself under the King's horse, Anmer; the 1956 Grand National when the Queen Mother's Devon Loch belly-flopped to defeat 50 yards from the winning post; the 1973 Washington International when Lester Piggott's manner of winning on Sir Ivor enraged the American Press and the 1981 Grand National when Bob Champion and Aldaniti made their comebacks.
