Synopsis

Jorgen Bang-Jensen is Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark. Gregory Gutin is Professor of Computer Science at Royal Holloway College, University of London, London, UK.
