About the Author

Sue Breton holds various qualifications in psychology, including BA Honours and a diploma in Clinical Psychology, and has worked on and off in the National Health System, and privately, since 1972. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, as well as a keen horsewoman and sailor, holding an Ocean Yachtmaster and having sailed the Atlantic. She lives in Wales and is, at present, trying to master her new motorbike.
