About the Author
The Authors all have extensive experience of working with adult
students, both in the UK and internationally. John Daines and Brian Graham
were previously senior lecturers in the Department of Continuing Education
at the University of Nottingham, and are recognised internationally as
leaders in the field of training work with adults. Carolyn Daines, whose
teaching experience in the USA included TEFL and EFL work with immigrants,
is Regional Secretary of the WEA's Eastern Region.
