About the Author

Rutsel Silvestre J Martha is a former General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at INTERPOL. He is the Principal of Lindeborg Counsellors at Law and a Partner Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge.

Courtney Grafton is a barrister and was previously a Judicial Assistant (Law Clerk) to Lord Hodge and Lord Lloyd-Jones at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

Stephen Bailey was Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge, and has taught public international law and contract law at the University of Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh.
