About the Author
Rene La Sagne started life in LaSagne, Switzerland. Destined to lead a life that involved the cooking of mince, and ground beef, Rene followed his nose and became a chef. But not before he joined the French Foreign Legion. With his friend Serge, Rene opens a new chapter in Paisley, Scotland, where he runs his cafe, Maison du Mince, and teaches Serge how to cook in his new book, Kitchen Assault Course for Men.
