About the Author

Karl Theodore is the Director of the Health Economics Unit, Centre for Health Economics and a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of the West Indies. Mahendra Reddy is Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at the Fiji Institute of Technology and Chair of Fijis Commerce Commission. Happy Siphambe is an Associate Professor of Economics and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences in the University of Botswana.
