About the Author
Ruth Clydesdale has published articles in journals in both the United Kingdom and the United States on various aspects of art, religion, and philosophy. She has lectured on the Renaissance philosopher Marsilio Ficino, and has run seminars on the philosophy of astrology and the esoteric meanings of the planet Mercury.
