About the Author
Laurie Williams is a freelance estimator with over thirty years' experience in the building industry. He works for small, local builders on conversion projects and home extension, has built his own house, and has advised and assisted scores of families wishing to improve their homes. Laurie has written two other related books for The Crowood Press: Loft Conversions and Garage Conversions.
