About the Authors

Rhys Lewis has worked in online and print journalism for 20 years, and has written for PC Magazine, Computer Shopper, MacUser and PC Direct. He launched his first website in 1995 and has since edited and developed sites for Dennis Publishing, Reed and IDG Communications. He has also worked as a usability manager for Orange UK’s online portal, and currently builds and maintains sites for a number of small businesses across the UK.

Roger Laing is a writer and journalist and has edited several online publications, including sites backed by major IT companies such as Lotus and Microsoft. He has also written and edited various books and magazines covering PCs, the Internet, web design and information technology. He has an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University.
